For some of you, she is familiar. If you've Skyped with us and we've given you a home tour, this will stand out as the weirdest apparition in the house. Basically, it is a mannequin with a shawl on, a fancy headdress of some sort and a mask. It doubles as a lamp and when you turn it on the eyes glow...the protectress of the house. We are amused by her....
Here is a quickie home tour to give you an idea of the layout. It's very nice for our needs. We don't spend much time at the TV area since the tv shows are all in french...no subtitles, all dubbed...bummer.

We have enjoyed the kitchen and have a lovely breakfast each morning - tasty coffee, yogurt, ham, toast with either Nutella or english marmalade. Yummy.
